Amau Fern Frond

Endemic ‘ama’u ferns (Sadleria cyantheoides) are renown for the pink-orange hue of their new growth. This vibrantly colored specimen thrives on the steep windward cliffs of the Ko’olau Mountains near Poamoho in the Ko’olauloa District of O’ahu overlooking Kahana Valley.
