Mikinalo in Kanaele Bog

Mikinalo, the native carnivorous sundew (Drosera anglica), catches insects with sticky droplets on its leaves. Less than an inch tall, mikinalo thrives among the native sedges and coral-like lichen that dominate the stark landscape in the Nature Conservancy's Kanaele Bog on Kaua’i.
